Web Hosting
All sales are final, there are no refunds for web hosting.
Account must be cancelled 15 days prior to renewal date to avoid renewal charge. To cancel a hosting account, please send an email to: info@excelenternet.com. Please include domain name, reason for cancellation, and contact phone number.
Computer Repair
Enter Net is committed to our customer’s satisfaction. There will be a minimum, non-refundable, 1hour charge to diagnose the problem. Any unused time will be applied towards any repairs made. There is no refund for parts and materials charges unless said parts are found to be defective. We warranty our work. If the same issue recurs, within 30 days, as a result of our work, we will repair at our cost.
Web Site Design
Design work requires a 50% deposit on estimated charges before any work is started. The balance shall be paid upon completion of work. All sales are final, no refunds.
Privacy Notice
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. We will use your email address only to communicate with you regarding your order or other services.
